This family run business was fantastic to deal with from the outset. From our first consultation with Mark, through to the installation with Spencer and Riley and office dealings with Bailey, they were a pleasure to deal with and we absolutely love our new fireplace! We received a quote for a gas log fire after they came and inspected original chimney and fireplace. We accepted the quote and paid deposit. The quote included provision for scaffolding to install. We were told later that there was trouble with scaffolding and we would need another type of heater/ fire with a fan out the back of chimney. Firstly on the day of installation the installer realised the gas fire it didn't work. WE then had to contact manufacturer to have it repaired. Then when it finally was working we realised the fan had only one speed and is incredibly loud. So much so we resist turning it on, it sounds a bit like having a dryer running in the lounge room! So over all we are very dissatisfied with Gas Log Fire.

We had a perfect shopping experience at The Log Fire Company. After the initial shock of the cost of the heater, it is a quality product and one pays for the quality. Not only is the fire fantastic but the whole customer service was hassle free and outstanding. Mark was so helpful and was happy to come and check the site out in order to confirm that the fitment would be successful. The service was prompt, professional and friendly. All of the staff are a delight to work with. The installers were extremely helpful, friendly and did a perfect job cleaning up after themselves. The communication was extremely commendable. We highly recommend this company if you want exceptional service. Well done to The Log Fire Company, you are a credit to the industry. If we could give you more stars we would.

If we could give this company 10 stars out of 5, we would! They were magnificent, from matching the right unit for our fire place to flawless installation. Nothing was too difficult - gas connection and electrical connection were a challenge but they made it look easy. Our new fireplace is the feature of our living room now and it is very, very beautiful.

They were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and extremely professional in all aspects of their work. Mark and his team did a great job. I am very satisfied with my new fireplace. They are professional and only took 2 weeks to finish all the jobs including the fireplace installment, building a wall and painting. The team kept the working place very tidy and cleaned up after finishing every step. I highly recommend Log Fire if you want to have a cozy fireplace in your house.

We were in a position where a changeover from an open fireplace to a gas log fireplace needed to happen with young kids, a lack of time and a desire to use it daily.The team were great with initial advice, ongoing communication and of course the service and install itself. They managed the fireplace, new mantel, electrical and of course gas works so it made the process completely straightforward.Would certainly recommend and likely use again!
